Lucy Stone has worked in education and arts outreach since 1992 on a wide variety of creative projects across a range of disciplines and stakeholders. Lucy joined Rhythmix in 2007 and is now Strategic Director which includes managing both the YMAZ (South East) and MusicLeader South East.

Organisations Lucy has previously worked with include Carnival Collective, Brighton Jewish Film Festival, Brighton University, West Kent Arts Partnership, Raft PR, Making Space, All Ways Learning, Brighton & Hove City Council, Brighton & Hove Music Trust and Brighton & Hove Music Arts and Study Support.
