A trade exhibition has always been a key element of musiclearninglive! and we are offering a range of exhibition and sponsorship opportunities in London.

New features for 2012

In 2012 we're introducing new features to ensure that our trade partners benefit as fully as possible from their support of the conference:

• 'Elevator pitch' presentation slots available to all exhibitors. Talk to delegates directly
• Extended exhibition browsing times within conference programme
• Prize draw - in order to be eligible, delegates have to collect signatures from every trade exhibitor
• Teas/coffees and reception drinks served in the main exhibition hall

The exhibition hall

Exhibition stands are located in the Jeffery Hall at the Institute of Education. This is a large, rectangular room with exceptionally high ceilings.

• The Jeffery Hall is on the same level as the main plenary hall and other spaces which will be used throughout the conference and exhibitors will enjoy a high level of footfall.

Each exhibition package includes:

• Full attendance of two delegates at conference
• Table(s) and table covering
• Power points
• Internet access
• Profile on event website
• Directory listing in event programme

Spaces are available from 2.5 square metres at rates from £180+VAT per square metre.

Stand prices are as follows:

• 2.5 sqm £600+VAT
• 3 sqm £720+VAT
• 4 sqm £900+VAT
• 6 sqm £1,200+VAT
• 10 sqm £1,800+VAT

25% discount will be applied for non-profit organisations with turnover up to £100,000.
