Which rate applies?

The rates are fairly self-explanatory:

Secondary/LA/Organisation rate: applies if you work for a Local Authority, another education provider or organisation or at secondary level or above, the  rate applies

Primary/Non-formal rate: applies if you work at primary level, EYFS or mainly in the non-formal sector, or are a headteacher (in any school)
