Ministerial Welcome
The Right Honourable Ed Vaizey MP is Minister for Culture, Communications and Creative Industries. He was elected as the Member of Parliament for Wantage and Didcot in May 2005 and was Shadow Culture and Creative Industries Minister from 2006 to 2010.
Keynote speakers
Jude Kelly is Artistic Director of Britain’s largest cultural institution, Southbank Centre, and former Chair of Culture and Education for London 2012.
Munira Mirza is responsible for advising the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, on his strategy for Youth and Culture in the capital.

James Frankel is an Adjunct Faculty member at Teachers College, Columbia University where he teaches courses on music technology.
